The Hartford Institute for Geriatric Nursing, in partnership with is offering pre-conference workshops at the regional nursing research societies. The workshops aim to actively engage junior and midlevel researchers in discussion and critical analysis of various components of research proposal writing. The sessions draw on the experiences of the successful week-long summer research programs already offered by the Hartford Center at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, University of Iowa, and the Hartford Institute at New York University College of Nursing.
Goal: To foster successful programs of adult-gerontological research and hone specific skills to gain a competitive edge for funding.
